German tuning shop Hamann gives the BMW X5 M50d a makeover. Featuring a widebody kit, the F15 X5 stands out with its flared fenders, sporty front and rear aprons with striking air outlets, and custom wheels. The enlarged wheel arches are filled by 23-inch alloy wheels – Hamann Anniversary Evo Hyper Black – which also contribute to the lowering of the SUV.
For even more performance, the engine gets a boost from 381 to 462 horsepower, delivered from the tri-turbo 3.0 liter turbocharged diesel. The maximum torque climbs from 740 to 900 Newton meters. The Tri-turbo diesel promises in this configuration even more impressive performance, but the specific figures have yet to be released.
The acoustics are improved by a sports exhaust system also developed by Hamann which also enhances the car’s visuals. The contrasting colors and strikingly designed tailpipes of the stainless steel exhaust system give the X5 a sporty look.
